Refund policy

At besthair.ae, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines:

Fresh Food Items: Cannot be returned once delivered. Customers must check fresh items in front of the delivery person. If the product is not acceptable, you may return it immediately at the time of delivery. After delivery is completed, no returns are accepted for fresh items.

Other Products (Foodstuff, Cosmetics, Hair, etc.):

If the item delivered is not what you ordered, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

If the item delivered is the same as ordered but unused and unopened, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

Opened, used, or tampered items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
